Sizes available: 24″, 36″ – larger flogos can be more detailed. Flogos are synthesized from proprietary surfactant (soap) based foam formulations and lighter than air gases such as helium. Flogos are designed to last for as long as their visual impact is needed. Specific formulations are available to provide a life expectancy of a few minutes to an hour or so. The visual impact also greatly depends on atmospheric conditions such as wind and relative humidity. On average Flogos last for thirty to forty minutes. Our certified Flogo tech will place the Flogo machine in the optimum location to ensure your Flogos fly over your intended target. We need Flogos to travel with the direction of the current wind flow. The wind current can change at higher altitudes. But Flogo are very visible as they take flight to hundreds then thousand of feet high and miles of travel before they evaporate. Flogos can travel 1 to 30 miles and go as high as 5,000 thousand feet. They travel slow so they are very visible for a long time. With one Flogo machine, on average, you will produce one Flogo every 15 seconds to 50 seconds depending on the machine size and desired thickness. We recommend at least two machines for events, so you can have, on average, Flogos produced every 7 seconds to 25 second depending on the machine size and desired thickness. Thanks for calling with your foam machine and foam pit questions.  There are a few different options for you regarding the machines and the inflatable foam pit.  For the club environment I recommend the El Jefe foam machine.  We have another foam machine that would work in a 30 x 30 ft area but for the club I recommend two of those machines.  The El Jefe works by itself for the same area and it is a “prettier looking” machine.  For the foam pit, I do have a (outside dimensions) 30 ft x 30 ft pit in stock.  All of the foam machines are in stock as well.  I recommend that you measure your area and get me those dimensions so I may have the inflatable custom made for you. Also, let me know what color you prefer the foam pit to be.  The 30 x 30 ft foam pit purchase price is $2275. As long as your area is close to 30 x 30 then I will not have to charge any more.

This pit comes with the removable bottom. I recommend that for cleaning and repair issues that will come up.
If you drive to Lockhart (Austin airport) for pick-up in a large enough vehicle I will give you several 55 gallon barrels to take back with you.  Freight shipping of the machine (s) and the foam pit to Houston is around $235.  If you need to get the barrels locally I recommend looking on craig’s list.  They should not be more than $20 each. El Jefe club model foam machine

The machines go through around 100 gallons of water per machine per hour.  There is no way around this if you want the large (club) foam output.  Each machine uses around 1 gallon of foam solution per each 100-150 gallons of water.  We prefer to sell you the foam solution. I am proud of my formula. It is extremely concentrated so it lasts longer than normal.  We sell it in 5 gallon and 1 gallon containers.  5 gallons is $279 delivered to you in Houston. You are required to pay sales tax.

Maintenance of the machine- Simply clean the sprayer tips out before each party . This takes a few minutes and no tools- maybe a pair of tweezers- Keep the water pump free of debris. I (literally) cover the water pump with panty hose. This acts as a screen to keep debris out of the pump and the machine.

Maintenance of the foam pit- Dry it thoroughly after each event.  It will mildew if you store it before it is completely dry.  I recommend wiping the entire pit down 12-24 hours after an event and then letting it dry out completely.  This extends the like of the inflatable.  When you get tears in the flooring simply use a flat tire patch kit.  Also, I recommend putting carpet scraps inside of the foam pit during the party to soak up some of the water and cut down on the slipping.  You get carpet scraps free from a dumpster behind the carpet and tile store.  Make friends with the folks at the carpet and tile store near you.  After the event simply move the water soaked carpet out to your dumpster.
