Rental Cost – are rental rates hourly?

I start at $300 for the first hour. For kids parties I charge $135 for each additional hour. For adult (over age 16) parties, I start at $550 for the first two hours and then about $200 more per each additional hour.

How is rate determined?

You charge differently in different markets. Adults pay more because there is more work, more labor, and more solution used. I will send it out without an attendant with 1 gallon of solution for $249 in central Texas when I am not busy for a 24 hour rental.

How much solution is used in one hour?

about 1/2 gallon- it depends on many factors such as type of water, humidity

Can I make my own solution?

You may try to make your own solution. We stand behind our machine and our solution. I have had zero issues with eyes, skin, clothing, and respiratory systems in 8 years of using my foam solution.

Is clean up easy?

Clean up outside is simply packing up and going away. It’s water. It gets the ground a bit muddy but that’s it. Inside there is 75-100 gallons of water to deal with per hour of constant use.

How long is the life of the machine?

The New Deal Machine will last 4 years +. The Bubble Blaster 3000 should last even longer. The El Jefe even longer because I recommend not moving it around. The parts that wear out and break are very simple to replace for very little money.

Would I have technical support?

We answer the phone all day everyday except Sundays and holidays.

Whats the difference between the new deal and the foam blower?

The New Deal and the Bubble Blaster 3000 are about the same in output. The BB 3000 is much prettier. The New Deal is light and easier to move around.

How is the foam solution sold?

5 gallon containers, 1 gallon jugs, and 1 quart bottles

What size pit is most popular? I like the 20 foot one

Does the temperature affect the foam?

Yes, it does not work well at all in less than 70º F or 21º C

How long can the machine work?

all day long

Does rentals come with an operator?

They don’t have to have an operator. I recommend it. That’s why I charge how I do.

Must the pit a bottom?

I do not recommend using the bottom outside. Inside, simply velcro it in.

Can I hold a foam party in a club not design for this?

Yes, as long as you prepare your area properly and cover electrical outlets and drain the water carefully it should work inside.

Would hours of party create lots of settled water?

Yes, 75-100 gallons of water per hour come out of the machine. How to drain? Use an extra submersible water pump and a long hose to drain the water out the door as the party progresses.

When purchasing a foam machine for the equipment rental company many questions arise:

What is it? The foam solution is similar to a high grade shampoo or bubble bath. It does not harm the skin, eyes, or respiratory system any more than regular water does. The grass is not harmed by the foam solution any more than it is harmed by regular water.

How do you clean the foam up after the event? The foam starts as water and it goes back to water. When using the foam outside there is no clean-up. It simply goes away on it’s own. When running the foam inside (not recommended) there should be lots and lots of water left over after the foam machine event. The clean-up activity is similar to a clean-up activity after a large amount of water is left inside a venue.

How long does the foam last? The foam lasts for a few minutes after being produced as long as the wind is minimal or non-existent and nobody touches  the foam. If people play in (touch) the foam then it goes away very quickly.

Does the machine run the entire event? The foam machine runs as long as required to keep the foam level at a safe and comfortable level for party goers.

What do you do with it? The foam machine is used for dance parties, scavenger hunts, bubble themed parties, obstacle courses, program activities, photo opportunities, and much more.

What’s it for? The foam is for f-u-n fun!

How does it work? The foam is pushed (with air) through a filter. It comes out of the filter in the form of foam bubbles. It is dispensed similarly to the way water pumps out of a faucet.

How can I sell the service to my customers? The foam is offered as an alternative the the rock wall or as an addition to the rock wall. It is offered as an addition to inflatables or as an alternative. It is used in warm weather. One sells the foam by showing still photos and video clips of foam party rentals. What do you charge for a rental? Rental prices vary depending on what part of the country the events occur in. In Austin and central Texas the rate is around $349 for the first hour and as little as $145 for each additional hour and as much as $300 for each additional hour of foam rental time.

Is it safe? The foam machine plug and water pump are UL rated. The solution is food grade, all natural and environmentally safe.

Does it come with an attendant? An attendant is not necessary. Most foam party rentals do come with an attendant to set-up, run, and take the foam machine equipment away.

Is the foam pit necessary? No, the inflatable foam party pit with the removable bottom is not necessary. Outside, the removable bottom is not recommended. Inside, the removable floor is recommended to contain the water. If the wind is blowing outside, the pit is recommended to contain the foam. It is recommended to charge extra for the inflatable foam pit rental.

How much power does it use? The blower for the foam pit uses as many as 5 amps. The foam machine uses up to 7 amps. The water pump uses up to 4.5 amps.

Is there a warranty? Different foam machines come with different warranties. The New Deal Foam machine comes with a 5 year limited warranty. The Bubble Blaster 3000 comes with a 1 year limited warranty. The El Jefe Foam Machine comes with a 1 year limited warranty.

How much is the solution? Depending on which foam machine is used and for what crowd of people, the foam solution price varies from as little as $12.50 per hour of use up to around $35-$40 per hour of use of the machine.

What size area and how quickly will it fill? Different sized foam machines fill areas at different rates.  The El Jefe club model foam machine fills an area the quickest. It will fill a round inflatable foam pit 16 feet in diameter to a depth of 4 feet in less than a minute.

How simple is it to operate? The New Deal Foam machine sets up in under five minutes. The inflatable foam pit inflates in under 2 minutes. The Bubble Blaster 3000 fits snugly into the round bubble pit in less than a minute. The El Jefe is designed for a club/ disco environment and is designed to be permanently installed.

Who uses the foam machine? Kids of all ages play in the foam. Foam machines are rented for birthday parties, college parties, summer festivals, fall school carnivals, end of year school events, summer camp activities, foam themed disco nights, and many more events.

How much water does it go through? When the foam machine runs constantly it may consume 100 gallons of water in one hour.

Do you need a water source? The foam machine requires a water source to fill the water containers that sit next to the foam machine. A constant water supply is not necessary to operate the foam machine equipment.

What can you do with it? The foam machine is used for all sorts of fun activities in warm weather.

Does it stain clothing? The foam does not stain clothing any more than water does.

What do you wear? People wear whatever they like to wear. The foam is water based.

Do you get wet? Yes, you do get wet while playing in the foam for extended periods of time.

How do you clean and store it? It is best to store the foam machine in a dry place. The sprayer tips should be cleaned out regularly. This is an extremely simple process.
